The bathroom sink drained very slowly. This made washing up a chore. The room lacked a deep clean. I found some hairs that were not mine. Housekeeping really needs to step it up. It impacts the experience.

The location was convenient for exploring the area, I will give them THAT.

I found a concerning lack of attention to detail from housekeeping. The bed was not properly cleaned after the previous guest. I noticed hairs and debris under the sheets, quite UNPLEASANT. the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The food selection was limited, and items were not replenished promptly, leaving guests waiting.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is close to Albert Dock. The room had a kitchen area. It was clean and pretty spacious. Breakfast was included. I saw a good range of continental and full English options. I would definitely stay again.

I found several problems. The tv did not work initially. The room also could have been cleaner. I saw long hairs in the shower and a mark on a towel. It was not ideal.

I found the room surprisingly spacious and clean. The kitchen area proved very useful with a microwave, hob, and fridge. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff were friendly. I appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee and the convenience shop in reception.

The parking price felt a little high. I did find a slightly cheaper option a bit further away though.
